Please send your cheques and money orders to Huckleberries, 205 Biltmore Drive, Grand Bend, ON N0M 1T0. We are unable to accept C.O.D. orders or wire transfers.
We accept mail orders. You may place your order online and mail a cheque or money order to Huckleberries , 205 Biltmore Drive, Grand Bend, ON N0M 1T0, Canada. Your product will be shipped once payment is received. We also take phone orders at: 519-878-1436 & 226-272-5155 (toll free) or email orders through email@example.com.
Shipping Rates and Procedures
Huckleberries ships all Canadian bound package orders via FedEx Ground, UPS, Canpar or Canada Post (rates on site are for Canada Post - other shipping venues would be at an additional cost). USA customers via FedEx, UPS or by Canada Post. Rates are based on current rates, your postal / zip code, and the weight of the product. We only charge you what we are charged to ship. Please note that our Canada Postal rates are based on urban locations - remote and rural location shipping may have additional costs as Canada Post charges more for remote services. Should by chance we overcharge you on your shipping - we will refund you the difference once the parcel is sent.
All foreign shipping is based on actual cost of shipping to your location.
Warranty / Guarantee Statement
Huckleberries warrants and guarantees that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship. If the product is found to be defective, please contact Huckleberries prior to returning the product for a return confirmation number.
Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee (if the item has been used it is not returnable). All tags and codes must be present and attached in order to get a refund.
Please call us at 1-519-878-1436 or 226-272-5155 (toll free) to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Toll Free number valid in US & Canada. Please package the product in the original packaging with all the original tags and codes intact. You will be asked to put the RMA # (return authorization #) on the package.

If you provide an email when you place your order, you should receive an email with the tracking information within a few days. If you do not receive an email, you can email or call us.
Can I send a cheque?
Yes, Please make cheques payable to 1822180 Ontario Inc. Our address is 205 Biltmore Drive, Grand Bend, Ontario N0M 1T0 Canada. You may call or email us for a total cost. Your order will be shipped when your cheque has cleared. You may send a certified cheque or money order if you choose.
What can I do if I can’t get my order to go through?

If we are in the area of your store, can we pick up our order to save on the shipping?
Yes you may pick up your order! Our store front in Grand Bend has been closed due to the seasonal nature of Grand Bend. Should you be in the area and wish to view our merchandise or pick up a purchase, we will gladly entertain you in our home by appointment only.
